A house call is a doctor visit in your home, just like going to the clinic, but we come to you.
Home health involves nurses or therapists providing ongoing skilled care (like wound dressing changes or physical therapy) ordered by your doctor.
Hospice is comfort-focused care for patients with a terminal illness.
We provide house call physician services and can coordinate with your home health or hospice team if needed.
Any Medicare beneficiary with a wound that needs medical evaluation or treatment may qualify. This includes chronic wounds, surgical wounds, diabetic foot ulcers, pressure injuries, and venous leg ulcers.
If getting to a clinic is difficult due to mobility, transportation, or health limitations, in-home wound care may be the right fit.
No. Medicare does not require a referral to see us. You or a family member can call us directly to schedule. Hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other physicians are also welcome to refer patients to our practice.
Your provider will come to your home with everything needed for a full evaluation. The first visit typically includes a medical history review, physical exam, wound assessment (if applicable), and a personalized care plan.
Visits usually last 30 to 45 minutes. We handle all Medicare billing directly, so there is no paperwork for you to submit.
